my Story

The La Conner Coffee Company is owned and operated by me, Pam Fields, a fifth-generation Skagitonian and a descendant of the Gilkey family. While I have only lived in Skagit County since 2011, I was raised in Seattle and spent summers at the family’s summer home on Samish Island.

I now live in Shelter Bay with my two miniature long-haired dachshunds, Sadie and Piper. Before opening the La Conner Coffee Company, I proudly worked at the Ginger Grater/Olive Shoppe and the Library Thrift Shop.

I hope you will come in and enjoy a beverage, ice cream or pastry. Or, treat yourself or that special someone on your list to one of our amazing coffee shop gift items including games, books, tea sets, coffee mugs and more.
